Privacy
We use the account, food, photo, goal, and billing information you provide to operate Nibble Track. Meal text and photos may be sent to our AI service to create nutrition estimates. Settings provides correction and account deletion controls; the privacy notice describes providers, optional analytics and current data-control limits.
Terms of use
Use Nibble Track lawfully and for your own general wellness. You are responsible for checking entries before relying on them. The service may change as we improve it, and availability is not guaranteed. Irish and applicable EU consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
Subscription terms
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial without a card. If you later choose a paid plan, Stripe shows the exact EUR price and renewal interval before you pay. Subscriptions renew monthly or annually until cancelled. You can cancel in Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Statutory cancellation and refund rights continue to apply.
Nutrition and AI disclaimer
Calories, macros, coaching, and image analysis are estimates for general information, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. AI can be wrong. Check portions and labels, especially for allergies or medical needs, and consult a qualified healthcare professional for personalised advice.
Owner details required before launch
Geri must provide and approve the following before a wider launch: Operator / data-controller legal identity and trading name; Public business/service address and jurisdiction details; Privacy/data-rights contact and support/cancellation contact; Retention and deletion periods by data category, including backups; Reviewed lawful bases, sensitive-data handling and international transfers; Reviewed eligibility, consumer cancellation/refund terms and final legal approval. No values or legal approval have been assumed.
